Angelicofest Recap!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made Angelicofest 2026 such a special and beautiful evening! I am so grateful for your presence on Saturday, and our team looks forward to sharing more photos and media from the gala soon.

One highlight from Saturday was the announcement of Angelico’s American Cathedral in Sound: a patrimony of 76 polyphonic compositions to be created by multiple American composers over the course of two to three decades as a beautiful monument and gift to Holy Mother Church from her children in 21st-century America. Additional details on this project will be forthcoming, and I’m so excited to work with our patrons and choral partners to bring this vision to life.
I also know many of you dearly wished to join us at Angelicofest 2026, but couldn’t, for various reasons.
If you are able to renew your generous support from 2025, or have been thinking of joining our movement as an Angelico Patron for the first time, your tax-deductible gift would allow Angelico to take flight with various crucial additions, including:
Hiring a part-time Director of Music Initiatives
Advancing Angelico’s mission at prominent sacred music conferences
Starting The Angelico Chamber Schola: an auditioned, collegiate all-star choir to record our first full album
Sharing our mission with up to 15K young adults as the only sacred music sponsor of SEEK 2027
Building an American Cathedral in Sound that will be admired for generations to come
Consider this: We all know and appreciate the contributions of distinct movements of sacred art, such as the French Gothic style of architecture, or the Italian Renaissance style of painting.
Similarly, our vision is that when people from every land and every age look upon the 21st century, they will smile as they say, “That is when the Americans created their beautiful music that brought Heaven down to earth.”

And this is why, at the Lord’s invitation, we are responding in generous love to build The Cathedral in Sound, together with each other, and together with Him, for His glory.
Thank you again for your support, and may the Lord bless you abundantly for your generosity.

“Set your minds on things that are above.” (Col 3:2)
